Professional Plan - R399/month: Full e-commerce, rentals, event tickets. Refunds credited to OmniGrow Wallet for partial periods. Loyalty points scale with usage.

Enterprise Plan - R499/month: All features, add-ons, and customization. Custom contracts may include tailored refund terms. Benefits tied to enterprise SLA agreements.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Service Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours: full refund or credit to OmniGrow Wallet.
  • Cancel after 24 hours: late fee or store credit.
  • No-shows: non-refundable.

Payment Disputes

  • Report discrepancies within 7 days of transaction.
  • OmniGrow's audit trail and gateway logs are used to verify and resolve disputes.

Subscription Policy

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually.
  • Renewal reminders are sent via email and SMS.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid charges.
  • Partial-period cancellations are credited to OmniGrow Wallet.
  • Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months.

Membership Benefits

  • Tiered discounts, loyalty points, and priority booking.
  • Benefits pause automatically if payment fails or membership expires.

Terms of Usage

  1. Eligibility: OmniGrow services are available to registered businesses and individuals over 18.
  2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  3. Fair Use: OmniGrow may suspend accounts engaging in fraud, abuse, or misuse of services.
  4. Data Privacy: All client data is processed under South African POPIA compliance and aligned with international SaaS standards.
  5. Service Updates: Features may evolve; OmniGrow reserves the right to update modules and pricing with prior notice.
  6. Liability: OmniGrow is not liable for indirect losses due to service interruptions, but will provide audit trails and transparent reporting.
